These Terms of Service govern your use of Pencil Planner.

Purpose of the app

Pencil Planner is an organizational tool for tracking courses, assignments, due dates, and optional Google Drive and Google Calendar syncing. It is not an official school, college, Canvas, or Google service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying all due dates, course requirements, grades, submissions, and calendar entries with your school or instructor. Do not rely on Pencil Planner as the sole source of academic deadlines or records.

Google services

Google Drive and Google Calendar features are optional. When you authorize a Google connection, you are responsible for reviewing the Google permissions screen and choosing the account and calendar you want to use. You can revoke access through your Google Account at any time.

Acceptable use

You may use Pencil Planner for lawful personal or educational purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass security measures, misuse Google APIs, or use the app in a way that harms others.

Availability and changes

Pencil Planner is provided “as is” and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Features, including Google integrations, may change if the underlying services or requirements change.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the Pencil Planner developer is not responsible for missed deadlines, incorrect calendar entries, loss of locally stored data, or other consequences arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Pencil Planner after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
